New 10mm warband created for my in-progress skirmish project Dekatropik. Mostly 40x40mm bases.

Going for a quick-and-dirty ghostly effect for these guys like Age of Sigmar Nighthaunt and MESBG Army of the Dead.

This is a pretty straightforward warband, tactically: screen with the skirmishers and sigil while you march the fighters and heavy up.

Trying my damnedest to fit my new minimalist fanta

Trying my damnedest to fit my new minimalist fantasy TTRPG rules into a tri-fold pamphlet format.

Here's the current state of how that's looking. Lots of design, layout, and typography to tweak.

What I tentatively like about the tri fold format is you can keep most character info tidily compact on two folds and include (very minimalist) player facing rules on the opened interior of the pamphlet.

Not D&D / Dungeons and Dragons, but old school renaissance / OSR inspired. It's a minimalist ruleset, because hey - that's about all I can manage to track these days! Guess it counts as an RPG zine, too, so I may prep this project for Zinequest next year.

First playtest run of my very minimalist fantasy TTRPG, title TBD. Basic ideas seem to work well and my very out-there setting* didn't have my players hitting the eject button. We'll see where this goes!

*Realm of death populated by the undead and various critterfolk archetypal of death: vultures, crows, flies. Set in a narrow world set between impossibly high cliffs on one side and bottomless chasm of oblivion on the other. More to share and unpack there.

Might become a combined rules + setting project. Maybe.

Complexity the same levels as games like Cairn, Trophy, Into the Odd, etc.
